It's the trustees against these guys, and a few other people tossed in.
The Right To Know guys publish minutes of meetings. That's generally a good thing. I think minutes of all public meetings at all levels of government should be available as a matter of course. There would be a lot less pork at the high levels, and a lot more careful thought at the low levels. Then again, I think gasoline should have had a $2/gallon tax placed on it back in the 70's, so I don't expect to ever have views that are popular.
